ESPM Trade Marketing Meeting explored new frontiers with AI and customer experience

In this edition, Ailet showcased AI's power to improve processes and boost sales in São Paulo city

The 4th edition of the ESPM Trade Marketing Meeting, themed "New Frontiers, Markets and Challenges" (Novas Fronteiras, Mercados e Desafios for its title in portuguese), convened over 150 attendees and more than 500 online on June 18th. This key industry event brought together retail executives, research institutes, leading companies, and specialized professors in the city of São Paulo.

 

The meeting delved into the evolving landscape of trade marketing, with a focus on customer experience, the transformative power of technology, and the integration of AI. Luiz Fonseca, Business Development Manager at Ailet, presented “Boosting Sales with AI-Powered POS Execution and Audit.”

 

Fonseca showcased how AI can significantly improve processes and increase sales for CPG and retail companies, where he emphasized the importance of advanced retail KPIs as a base for optimizing strategies and driving sales growth.  Furthermore, he presented a successful case study demonstrating the real-world impact of Ailet's technology on industry giant Nestlé.
