Issues
NestlĆ© has been present in Argentina uninterruptedly for 90 years. This company has seven plants located in CĆ³rdoba, Santa Fe, Mendoza and the Province of Buenos Aires and headquarters located in Vicente LĆ³pez, where more than 2,200 collaborators work.
NestlƩ Argentina is part of the Plata Region, also made up of NestlƩ Uruguay and NestlƩ Paraguay.
Key initiatives
In 2020, NestlƩ relied solely on third-party audit reports. Now, promoters and NestlƩ management can access the Ailet portal, where key store KPIs are available, within minutes of a store visit. This provides NestlƩ Argentina with a viable option for large-scale AI adoption.
Results
After the pilot project, results far exceeded the minimumĀ target of 90%, constantly surpassing theĀ 95%Ā product recognition threshold. Now NestlĆ© Argentina, supported by Ailet, empowers its merchandising team to audit price and product visibility on every store visit.
Moreover, instead of relying on weekly price reports from third parties, promoters and NestlƩ management now have access to the Ailet dashboard within minutes of each store visit. Ailet offers a convenient dashboard solution accessible through their portal, providing reliable and accurate data.
