Nestlé Argentina is part of the Plata Region, also made up of Nestlé Uruguay and Nestlé Paraguay.
Nestlé has been present in Argentina uninterruptedly for 90 years. Nestlé has seven plants located in Córdoba, Santa Fe, Mendoza and the Province of Buenos Aires and headquarters located in Vicente López, where more than 2,200 collaborators work.
ISSUES

In 2020 Nestlé needed relied only on audit reports made by third parties, now in the same minute of the store visit, the promoters and Nestlé management has access to Ailet portal, where the main KPIs of the stores, are available.


Nestlé Argentina has finally a viable option to adopt AI on a large scale.


RESULTS

After pilot project, the results exceeded by far the minimum target of 90%, surpassing constantly the 95% product recognition threshold. Now Nestlé Argentina with Ailet gives their merchandisers force the possibility to audit price and product visibility in every visit into store.


Even more, instead of receiving weekly price reports from third parties, now in the same minute of the store visit, the promoters and Nestlé management has access to Ailet dashboard. Ailet provides a convenient dashboard solution accessible through their portal with reliable and accurate data.


Best of all, now that the all SKUs are recognized all the Nestlé own and distributors salesforce will have the possibility of using this functionality.
